Open Days 2017 – Welcome to the Farm
As part of the open days 2017 of the network Welcome to the Farm, we will be glad to welcome you in our cider-making farm on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 April 2017.
PROGRAM :
During this open days week-end of the network Welcome to the Farm, we propose to you :
- A visit of our orchards and our various types of apples.
- Explanations about the different steps of the cider production and its by-products : cider vinegar, confits and various norman alcohols.
- The aging cellar
After the visit, you will be able to taste the whole range of farm products : cider, Normandy Pommeau, Calvados, cider jelly… Not forgetting our AOC Cotentin cider which recently received the gold medal !
