The traditional and confidential production represents several dozens of thousands of bottles with an authentic and typical character.
Ruhlmann wines
Independent and passionate wine-growers, Ruhlmann family proposes a traditional range of the AOC Alsatian grape diversity.
- The Riesling, dry and fruity, can be identified by its intensity. It can be served with seafood, fish, sauerkraut, white meat or goat cheese.
- The Gewurtztraminer, strong wine with thickness in mouth and some fullness at the end. Aromatic, it will go perfectly with your aperitif.
- The Edelzwicker, white wine derived from a blend. Lively and slightly fruity, it is reserved to simple meals such as the salads and cold meats. A cooking use is also possible.
Ruhlmann wines also make the Alsace Crémant AOC (Controlled Desgination of Origin), according to the traditional method of natural fermentation in bottle. Derived from an harmonious blend of Pinot and Riesling, it is a fruity agitated, complex, with fine bubbles. Aperitif wine, it will be perfect for every festive moment.
For successful aperitifs, we remind you that we propose a wide range of products of the Norman terroir (terrines, rillettes et pâtés) as well as wines and sparklings coming from various wine-making regions in France.
See you soon.
